yeah the bags were really sturdy...I was surprised...when I first got the bag which they hand to you right after you go through the turnstyle...I thought it wouldnt hold alot but it did...and they give you tons of candy...the good stuff too

Mmmmm, the good stuff. For me that's anything with caramel, milk chocolate and nuts. Like Snickers.

Omg. Yay. I'm so excited, lol.

I know!! Me too!!! Seeing all the Halloween stuff coming out in the stores now just adds to it. I can't wait!

ETA: I just realized (duh!) that's the same night I'll be there with my family! I hope I get to see some of the DISers that will be there on the 16th. We've got to find a way to work a little lime green into our costumes. LOL

My family and I will be there the 23rd. We went last year and took pillowcases for my girls. Glad we did - between the 5 (3 adults, 2 pre-teens) of us, we emptied the bags they DCA) gave us several times into the pillowcases. There were some CM's that handed out 2-3 handfulls of candy into each bag.

My DD13 and myself will be there on Oct 3. We arrive in the US at 7am that day. Not sure how we will cope with the jetlag, but as we are only in LA until early am on the 6th it is then or never.

We are one of the families going on Oct 3rd & I will make every effort to take pictures and post them. Have patience though. I am good with taking the pics but have never attempted to post pics here.
I am hoping we will make this an annual trip. We have been going for Father's Day weekend but it has been getting more and more crowded. we used to go around Christmas time and vowed to not return. too m uch time waiting in lines and fighting the crowds. I am hoping this will be a perfect time. BTW, DS8 has already gotten his Darth Vader costume. He can't wait, either. I'm looking at designing t-shirts for DH & I but he wants to dress up as pirates. We shall see.

Ooooh, that would be GREAT if you could post some pics here from that night! I'll add them to the links in the front so everyone can check them out, and I'll update the title.
I'm pretty sure I speak for everyone when I say we are all super excited and would love to see whatever pics you feel like sharing.

And you'll have to tell us what you did, what you ate, how much candy you got, what the weather was like, how the crowds were.......(deep breath) I mean, if you want to that is.

I just booked a flight last night to visit my friend in LA and when I talked to her she goes "lets go to Disney" um ok don't have to twist my arm. So we are all set to spend 2 days there along with the Trick or Treat party on the 31st!

I was at Disney Store earlier this week and I saw this reusable shopping bag for $2.50. It's of Jack Skellington and looks like this:

It's approximately 13 1/2 inches tall and 12 inches wide. It seems sturdy and I plan to use it at the MHT. They also sell one with Wall-E on it for the same price. Just wanted to share.

Ok I get to go!!! I thought i couldn't because its sold out on the 24th... but we are geting there on the 23 around three so i just bought tickets for the 23rd!!!. So im offically going on the 23rd.

And I have one question, its silly but Do i also need to get a ticket for my 2year old? I couldn't find the ages when i bought the others.
