Hi Folks

Forgive me! I've been hanging out over in the UK Trip Planning forums and haven't been around for a while! (off to WDW next month!!)
Am just thinking about the details for my October trip to DLRP. Can anyone advise on the best way to get my Halloween (Oct 31) tickets? I was hoping to buy an Annual Passport and get it at half-price as well! Is the best thing just to phone Disney direct (in the UK or France?).
