halloween visit?

me and my hubby will be going back to disneyland from october 30 to november 4. i know that HMH will be up and running, and we'll be getting our treat tickets sometime soon (i hope), but what else will be going on? i know we won't get to see the 50th stuff (did that last september for our wedding), but will they be setting up for the holidays yet?

if anyone can either give me any info or at least point me in a direction it would help me out a lot...

NOS will be decorated by then, and much of the rest of the park will be getting it's holiday decorations. It's a fun time to go as you'll see more and more decorations each day. Actually, the fireworks and parade will still be running.

ok.. i'd heard about that being a possibility...
we were kinda thinking about going to the trick or treating thing at dca too..

anyone have any info on that too?

I got a great response over here in this thread about Halloween http://disboards.com/showthread.php?t=1112544

The tickets for trick or treating go onsale to annual passholders and Disney Visa card holders first. Then they go on sale to the public about a month laster. I think they do not sell them till August.

Also to add they say that adults cannot leave to go to DL dressed in costume and must change. We will probably just do the trick or treating and go back to the hotel.

well we've got the disney visa... want to go on halloween itself.. need to call in and get tickets.

just trying to get any other info... holiday decorations, special offers, closed rides, ect. whatever anyone knows as far as what's going on during that time period...
