Halloween Spooktacular at SeaWorld

I've just discovered this exists, and have a couple of questions...

Is it mainly just for kids? MNSSHP seems more family orientated that this.

Is it a seperately ticketed event, like MNSSHP? If so, what are the opening times for the event itself, and how much are we talking for tickets? Also, are day tickets needed as well?

If this is an evening event, with the park staying open later than usual, are all the rides still running?

Basically, I'm toying with the idea of doing this just for an evening at SW, rather than a full day....

It is primarily for kids. Adults can get a "goodie bag" or take pictures with the characters, but it doesn't happen very often.

It's included in the price of a normal SW ticket, and takes place during normal operating hours. Actually, it's not an "evening" event--the park usually closes by 6 or 7 in October, so the event wraps up when its barely dusk.

Overall, fun for kids if you're going to SW anyway, but not sure it's woth its own trip.

BTW, love the "Mrs. Incredible" costume!

Ok, so if we want to go to SW we'll still have to do it with a full day ticket at least, darnit that's foiled my plans!
I'm not bothered about most of SW, but I really love Kraken, and now want to try out Manta, gotta gague whether that's enough to warrant a day there!
