We're going to be in the parks the week before halloween. The kids are wanting to wear halloween costumes throughout the day. Can anyone tell me, if you have been this season, do lots of people wear fancy dress during the day or is just for the MNSSHP ?

Thanks in advance :goodvibes

I haven't seen a lot of kids in Halloween fancy dress during the day to be honest - although my DD did have a little witches outfit with matching witch hat on a hairband that she wore during the day at DLP a couple of years ago :). People do go all out with the fancy dress on MNSSHP night though!

Hi there,

This year Halloween Festival will take place from Oct. 1st to 31st.

Actually, children can dress up and/or be disguised the way they wish as far as it is Disney related... During Halloween period, Frontierland becomes Halloweenland and there are stands where children can get face painting and things like that (note that lines & wait times can be important) especially during school holidays.

Some adults are wearing sometimes a halloween hat or specific merchandise but not so much adult guests come in the game.

By the way (sorry to "break the magic"), except on MNSSHP or Halloween party, adults are not allowed to wear costumes for misc. reasons.

The only thing which remains impossible : to wear a mask & beeing dressed like a real Disney character. And faces must be seen at all times.

More specificaly MNSSHP 2011 dates are : 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th October 2011. Entrance fee ; £ 23 per person (free under 3 years old)

Feel free to ask if you need to...
