Just popping in to say that I love Woodland! It's such a nice little town, not too far from Davis or Sacramento. I wouldn't mind living there at all. Especially since they got a new costco and it's never busy!

West Sacramento is also a growing area that is close to both Sac, Davis and Woodland. We have lived in West Sac for 6 years and LOVE it there!

The Costco in Fairfield and the one in Vavaville are always busy I need to check out the one in Woodland.

Everytime we are in there it is totally empty and super clean. I love that one. The others always seem mobbed!

Thanx!!! Michayla is PDD-NOS (autistic) & Shyann is on the fence....has autistic tendancies. They're also mentally delayed & have a genetic disorder (but haven't pinned that one down).

Mike got off early yesterday, so we were able to give the twins their presents!! I gave the girls their new trikes before I knew Mike would be home.

After the girls naps, we gave them their big Tinkerbell bag with 2 small gift bags in it & another gift.

They got a Minnie shirt & short set, a light up spinner & a Mickey Mouse music card that plays the Hot Dog song.....this turned out to be their favorite thing!

Their last gift was a bubble blower!! You fill the front & turn it on....the girls love bubbles....but man, I better buy stock in the bubble business as it uses it pretty quickly!

The girls had a fun afternoon & today we're going to go find a park to let them play at!!

We just got back from taking the girls to the park......this was their first experience playing at a playground!! They were a bit slow to get going but figured it out pretty quickly. Michayla like sliding.....after being shown the "pathway" to it, she repeated it multiple times on her own.....as long as no one was in between her & the slide. Shyann LOVED the swings!!

Went & watched our little monkey Addy for a bit:

Back to the park!!

I must say it warms my heart every time I see pics and see your boys in the background. You are so blessed to have such wonderful sons that love the kids so much and are so great with them! My sons are awesome & turned into very nice young men.....I couldn't be more pleased.....I just hope we can repeat it with our young uns......we're having so many issues with them right now......I'm frustrated, worn out & at a loss on how to fix it. I wish I was 20 yrs younger.....I'd have more energy to go at it!! lol

Oh well.....can only do our best, stay consistant, show love & go day by day.

Oh Laurie, I'm sorry your frustrated, worn out and at a loss, I can totally sympathize with you. Some days are more trying then others and as you said consistency is key. Things will get better .
