Halloween Popcorn Buckets

Can someone please tell me where the Oogie Boogie and the Cauldron popcorn buckets are available for purchase? Are they only available at MNSSHP or is either available at any other locations/times? If they are available only at the party, are they available at 4pm or do you have to wait until the party starts at 7pm? Any help would be appreciated.

The Oogie Boogie bucket is only available at the Halloween Party.

The Cauldron is available at all four parks.

OB is party exclusive.

I saw cauldron at every park this weekend excluding epcot.

quick question on the OB bucket. I am not attending the event but if i'm still in the park when it starts and go to a pop corn stand selling this , will they sell me it as a non event participant? As in will they look for the event band or what ever it is you get these days?
Not intending to get one but it's the kind of thing once you see it mind may be changed

Park closes at 6pm to regular guests that day. They will look for event band before selling it to you
