Halloween party?

In 2021, the Halfway to Halloween event announced many of the upcoming events for Halloween during the 1st week of April. (We are going in Sept. and keep looking as well.)

Do they do this half way to...every year or has it just been done over covid times?

I just saw that Universal Orlando announced their Halloween plans...I hope Disney follows closely.
Last year it was not released until Halfway to Halloween

Last year, it was Halfway to Halloween.
Unsure about the years before.
Hope it is released soon now that Universal Orlando has shown their plans.
