Halloween Party: What TREATS Did You Get?

thanks so much for the pics! I am pleased!
I hate when I see the words "cheap" candy...in these times no candy is CHEAP my opinion...in this economy I am glad Disney is giving candy...the amount of candy one person gets is way more :eek: than generous and if it is not all chocolate maybe they are trying to keep guests from having a giant melted bag of chocolate! JMHO no flames PLS! :goodvibes

We went on 9/4 too. One thing I noticed this year was kids got a handful in there bags seemed like adults were limited very few CM gave a handful they would have a bunch in their hand and only let 1 or 2 drop.. WTH I paid for ticket too thank you... mostly penny candy was given out not much choch.
like mentioned before - disappointing there.. we did get a TON though we each had 1 1/2 bags full thanks to the CM's outside the gate when we were leaving. We also scored Star wars tooth tune tooth brushes.. great gift since my DS lost a molar waiting to see twidle dee/dum that night eating a box of dots he got at buzz...lol...fun night though.. I also notice the decorations weren't as much this year.. no blow ups on the roof....missed them alot.

Where did they give out the toothbrushes????

That is SO ridiculous. We are paying for this candy. They are not "giving it" and the economy has nothing to do with it. Candy is not more expensive in a bad economy.

Seems silly to me. But if you want candy, why not skip the party and head to the grocery store to buy tons of candy.

I know I'm a nerd, but I'm really excited to see raisins in the candy mix. I love chocolate but can take or leave most other candy; at least the raisins are a good snack for my 3.5yo.

Can't wait for the Sept. 29th party! Of course, I've been procrastinating on buying my tickets. Hope it doesn't sell out before I get into gear.

Hi there! We'll be there the 29th as well --- 5 adults, dressed as The Flintstones... I'm the odd man, so I get to be Pebbles! YAY!

I am also thrilled about the raisins. I *love* them. :lovestruc And, I'd like to point out to the folks who want "value", those little boxes of raisins are far my expensive to provide than fun-size snickers!

Aside from that, while it will be fun to trick-or-treat, we're not going for candy. Lord knows, my butt doesn't need it! :rotfl: I am going to see the place all jazzed up and decorated, to see the characters, the parade and all of the other stuff that is special to the party... the candy is just a sweet bonus!

That said - sweet tarts and raisins. BRING IT. :woohoo:

I'm going the 29th also! My kids will be dressed up as Peter Pan & Belle! Not sure what we are dressing up as.

I am excited for the raisins for my kids. It'll be a good snack for them. And I love tootsie rolls!!
