Never stayed offsite for the whole trip before and wondering how do I buy tickets for the Halloween party on 31st and can I still make restaurant reservations eg the Sunday Brunch.

The same way, through the reservation line.
Tell them you have a Dream AP and then you have to give them your AP number which gives you the discount.

We need 5 tickets and already have 3 dream APs (buying another 2 in oct)
