Halloween Party e-ticket: strange question

Hi everyone! I am very excited to be going to WDW for the first time in October! I may have the dumbest question ever....

I bought tix for the Halloween party on Oct 21st and had the ticket "e-delivered" (via email). When I pull them up on my computer screen...they look perfectly fine. But then when I print them...the "term and conditions" and some other areas just print gobbley-gook (looks like a different alphabet even! Maybe not ) The bar code looks the same, though.

I emailed the ticket inquiry people at WDW, but they just sent me instructions on how to print the tickets...I can print them, they just look weird.

This may be totally normal...or some computer thing. I am completely computer illiterate. Or maybe I'm crazy. Can someone tell me - is this how e-tickets from Disney are supposed to print out??

Is it a PDF file? I had some e-receipts for the Relay for Life sent that I swear were in another language. It happened last year and this. However, this year, I found the rotate button, and rotated the print (it made it landscape) and it was perfect. An easy fix, but I don't use Adobe enough to know it! [NOW I do! lol]
