Halloween Party AP Discount

I have an AP and read that most of the dates for MNSSHP are blacked out for advance-purchase discounts. Do you still get a discount if buying the tickets at the gate? This is my first year going and just wondered what the cheapest option is. Thanks!

There were lots of dates available on the AP site today. I bought for Oct 6 with to the AP discount.

AP discounts are available for all of the September parties and 8 of the October parties. As long as tickets are available for the party you want to attend you can purchase them at the parks or phone, but they must be purchased no later than the day before the party.
