Halloween party and Christmas party??

Halloween party and Christmas party same trip.
How much Christmas stuff would one miss if they went say Oct 29th to Nov 9th?

I know about the resorts, Epcot Christmas stories, CP, and the Epcot decorations. Is there anything else I need to put on the list that we would lose out on?

Is the Christmas tree put up by the time the party's start?
When do the Christmas Party's start?

What is the villain party about? Is there an early and late one?
Thanks for all the help. My family and I are just trying to figure out what times best. Dec 10th to the 21th or so or Oct 29th to Nov 9th.
Price wise its a 285 more for the Christmas dates.

1. Not MK's tree. It does not go up until after the ABC Christmas Parade taping in early December.

2. Second week of November.
The first MVMCP will likely be on Monday night, Nov. 9 (so, if you go home during that day, you'd miss it.)
MNSSHP will run thru at least Oct. 31.
