Halloween Overlay Gone

Just logged back in and Main Street is back to normal. Or was it already that way at opening this morning?

Other players have verified that it was still Halloween at opening. So apparently they changed it right after booting us.

I'm quite relieved; I was afraid they might leave the Halloween decorations up until the game closes. That just wouldn't look right for our closing party pictures.

I checked early on this morning and it was "back to normal" then. As cool as it was to see Halloween decortations again I agree, it's nice to have it this way now.

I think they will be coming out with Christmas decorations next. That's what I had heard.

Personally I hope they do put up the Christmas decorations for a little while. To give us one last chance to get some pictures and audio of Christmas in VMK.

Have to comment tho, remember Halloween '05 the Halloween decorations stayed till almost December. We all complained about the rotting pumpkins. Good times.

We were dancing on the remains of the Halloween events in the Central Courtyard and at the same time complaining of the smell of the rotting pumpkins at that time.
