It looks like they moved the dates up for the Halloween on the High Seas to September 12, 2022 from September 19, 2022. It sounds like some people are upset on the Facebook group for the 9/12 cruise as they wanted to see the Wish without decorations and when they booked it was not a HOTHS cruise. I am ecstatic as I am on the 9/9 back to back with 9/12 and get to see no decorations and Halloween decorations (got lucky). Can't wait to be on board!

You probably will see the transformation of the ship starting on the 9/9 cruise. I am at the other end of the Halloween on the High Seas. I board on 10/31 for the last Halloween cruise and then on the 11/4 cruise, I full expect to see the ship start transforming from Halloween to Christmas.

We're on the 9/12 and we were kinda hoping it would change to HOTHS since the very next sailing was one. (When we get off we are heading straight to Miami to get on the Dream, so we were already going to get a HOTHS).

I can see why some would be disappointed. Hopefully there's going to be so much new stuff to see that the Halloween theming won't make a huge difference for them.

NOT happy about this. Though, I have wanted to do a HOTHS sailing, I really wanted to see the Wish without the holiday stuff detracting from it. If I could get something anywhere near the opening day pricing I have confirmed, I would change dates.

We're on that B2B too so get to enjoy with/without as well. 8-) A 3 day cruise without Nassau was just too hard to resist!

Yes, no Nassau was one of the reasons we chose this B2B. We will not be getting off at Nassau on the 4-night unless it is just to walk the pier. My sister did not do well in Nassau on our Dream cruise years ago and she has some health issues that make me leery to do some of the 7 nights. So, a B2B where we only have 1 Nassau, 2 Castaway Cay, and 2 at-sea days, perfect. The return to PC even works in case we have issues on the 4 night that means we need to disembark before the 3 night.
