Halloween on the fantasy

So i see that the DCL website says HOTHS for the fantasy is 9/5-10/31 does that mean my sailing on 10/31 will have no halloween activities? Or will we have something on 10/31? I really just want to see the decorations, i don't care about Trick or Treating. Thanks

Generally the dates are inclusive dates. That means any cruises that begin during the dates indicated are included.
