Halloween Night

Since we will be at WDW during Halloween. We will not be in a theme park for actual Halloween. We are attending MNSSHP the night before. I was just wondering what activities there will be to do on Halloween in the Orlando area and around WDW that is cheap or free?

We were in Orlando at Halloween and always enjoyed spending time in Celebration. Many homes have amazing decorations and the shops downtown always decorate and have treats. DTD always did something, however I read they have now stopped it. You can also check out the Boardwalk area. They used to have a really nice area with decorations, cookies and crafts for the kids. I'm sure others will also have great Orlando suggestions.

I was going to say the Boardwalk to it is really nice they have 4-5 arts and crafts tables for the kids , DJ , make a holloween cookie , meet and greet we had mickey twice it was really alot of fun . But it is ONLY on holloween night .

you are welcome , i do not know if i said there is trick or treating on the boardwalk as well as espn , and the general store too they have little stations set up where cast memebers give out candy

A word of warning - Celebration gets slammed for Halloween so be prepared to hunt for parking and stand in line for candy.

And the shops on Market Street may be closing early or not handing out treats.

Sorry. It's gotten really bad.

We take our kids to Windermere or to my Aunt's in Apopka.
