halloween night fireworks question

Does anyone know what time the fireworks are on 10/31?
When I call Disney- they claim the time is not determined (probably to avoid the crowds @the hotels) and when I look online- I can not find anything w/the time.
Since the fireworks are special. I wanted to watch from Ohana- but I dont know what time to be there for dinner?

The MNSSHP fireworks are usually around 9:15p. There will be no Wishes that night.
