Halloween info please.

We are consididering attending the Halloween party on oct 16 th. Do these events usually sellout? How far ahead should I buy tickets? And finally do you have to wait until 7 pm to enter the park? I know these are basic questions, buti cannot find out this info anywhere else. Thanks.

Get your tickets as early as you can.. the dates closer to Halloween will sell out quick. We went to the party this week and got into the park around 5:30. Last year we got there at 4:30 and got in.

This is the hardest question, isn't it? Buy the tickets now and risk having a night of rain...or wait and risk having it sell out? It's a decision everyone has to make for themselves. October 16 is a discount day for AP holders - an indication that Disney expects lower attendance that day. No guarantees, though.

You can get in as early as 4 p.m. with your party ticket.

We are going on 10/18, or plan to. I am not buying my tickets until next week or so. There is another party on 10/20, so if the 10/18 is completely rained out, I can get tickets to the 10/20 party. I have been told that Disney will exchange for another date if there is a rain-out.
