Halloween Horror Nights

I've decided to go to Florida at the end of September 2008 probably 13th - 27th. Does anyone have any idea whether the Halloween Horror Nights or any other halloween stuff would have started then?

We went this year and also saw a night at Busch Gardens which looked quite scary, but i can't find when they usually open. If anyone can help I'd be very grateful.
