Halloween Horror Nights Tickets

Does anyone know when these usually come out online?

We are planning a trip just for this and really want the FOL add on.

I wanted to say August but after doing a quick search on another forum, it looks like they came out in June last year. No telling if it will be the same this year or not.

*Edited to say that the Express Passes came out much later than the actual tickets.
