HALLOWEEN HORROR NIGHTS TICKETS WITH EXPRESS PASS QUESTION/HELP

HI, we are going to universal for 2 weeks 16th october, i note that there are some package and add on tickets available, we already have park tickets was just wondering if anyone will know when i can buy day tickets with the express added, my son and girlfriend booked it late last year but i want to get ours early for budgeting reasons, any help will be appreciated, thanks
