Halloween Horror Night

Can anyone give me an approximate date that sales of HHN tickets would go on sale - or do they only sell them at the gate?

If you are going during the day and then staying for HHN, the price for HHN is less, correct? Is this only true if you purchase your day tickets with the HHN ticket? (We have a day left over from a 2 day ticket used a few years ago, and I was wondering whether we could tack on the HHN to that - probably not.)

They do allow you to purchase the tickets at the gate. Most of the time there are tickets available during the week, weekends are a different thing.

Usually, the closer the weekends get to Halloween, the greater the chance of a sellout.

From experience, you can upgrade to the discounted Horror Nights ticket once your inside the park. I missed Horror Nights last year, so this maybe different now.
