Halloween Help Please!!!

I have a design in my head but dont have the tools to design it myself. Help Please!!

I would like a design of a childlike ghost (like a sheet on a kid) with princess shoes poking out the bottom and a crown on top of the "sheet". Like a princess dressed as a ghost with her crown on top.
I would like it to say "I'm a BOO-tiful Princess" .
I would also like the same design with Mickey Eats and Mickey Shoes sticking out. (no words)
If this isnt doable I will take other options as well.
