Halloween happenings at FW

We will be at the Fort during the Halloween period. Are there any events I should be aware of?? I know about the Haunted Hayride and MNSSHP of course. We will actually be at FW on Halloween. Thanks!!

I have never been there for Halloween day.. we usually go in October but not on Halloween. Do they trick or treat in the fort???

No, I think if you trick or treat year round he will fill it up with Kungaloosh. Halloween is just another day for Kungaloosh witih the KIWI!

Back to the question at hand....

YES!!! Folks take their children trick or treating around FtW (on golf carts of course). It's a hoot to watch the kids! Some of the adult campers don costumes & sit at the end of their pad to hand the candy out. It's all strictly optional, but it's a lot of fun!!!

I must remember to seek out a certain Kiwi to test the "ultimate" Kungaloosh!

We will be there for Halloween this year and plan on taking our girls trick-o-treating using the golf cart to get around. I'll be sure to take our refillable mugs with us now and watch for a the Kiwi!!

Just be sure to stop by the right Kiwi. Look for the guy in the Hawaiian shirt with a mug in his hand and a smile on his face.

We spend a week at the fort every Halloween! We love the activities: pumpkin carving, games, prizes etc.. I remember one year, they did a greased pumpking contest in the pool! After that year they NEVER did it again!! Kids were drowning each other....bad idea...but it was a good time besides that! My favorite part of Halloween at the fort is the decorations! PEOPLE GO WAY OUT!! It is amazing...lights and sounds too!
