Halloween Gift Ideas

I am going to be holding an exchange on a different board, but need ideas. I am going to be doing a Halloween theme and wanted not only candies, but wanted the members to also be creative with their exchanges. I want to keep it in the ten dollar range since some of the members don't really have the extra money to spend on exchanges, but do want to participate. Also, there will be ones that needs to be sent to other countries.
What different suggestions do you all have?

Let's see. For less than $10 you can get...
Themed votives/candles. Hand towels (I got some a Kohl's for $3) Soap dispensers, socks, sampler of GOOD chocolates, A candy dish shaped like a pumpkin, a variety of crafts from Micheals. That's all I have off the top of my head.

why not just have a fall or halloween themed exchange and see what people come up with. We did do a tea towel exchange last year so that would also be an idea with a fall theme. Even autumn leaves items exchange or pumpkin items exchange would be different.
