All I have to say is they were great loved them and the best place to watch them were over by small world . Not many people were over there and the show they put on small world was awesome. Jacks face on tick tock was cool.

Wow! Didn't know they showed images on the small world building as well. I agree that it would be better to watch from there! I thought zero was cute but not worth the heavy crowds and long wait. Of course there is nothing like watching fireworks from the right in front of the castle :)

zero flew around on small world but I dont have a picture. We did watch the fireworks the first night on the castle which was great but found small world a little better.

Thanks for sharing, great pics!! I agree on the small world area, we watched from there in June and it was awesome.

When jack was talking on the screen by the castle he was also on tick tock talking as well. Jacks head would also move back and forth with tick tock.

Wow ~ great fotos! Thanks for the tip! I'll have to remember this for the next time we visit during Halloween time.

great photos, me and DLGF saw the fireworks last night. We are sad to see the Halloween fireworks go away now :sad1:

but we can't wait to see the Christmas decorations now :santa:

Very cool!

So did you get to sit down for the fireworks back there, or did they make you stand? When we saw them in Sept '07 everyone sat. Wondering if that changed.

Is it safe to assume that for the "Believe.. In HolidayMagic" fireworks they will project on IASW as well?? I would rather watch from the IASW area than smooshed in with everyone else in front of the castle.

Thanks in advance!

I would have much rather been at IASW watching them Halloween night than in the madness of Main Street!!! It was CRAZY!!! But DH insisted on staking out a spot for us.

Nov 1st, people were sitting and laying down. When Magical was showing over the summer most people stood up and watched.

I believe they should project something on IASW, every fireworks show we've seen they had something animated on it. Of course once Holiday Magic starts up I'll be sure to post and let you guys know.

We sat in the reserved viewing area for last night's fireworks. Ended up talking to the cast member from the tours dept that was kind of running the area. She told us that Imagineering kept the details of the fireworks very hush-hush this year, which is why a) the reserved area was a crappy place to see the projections and b) it took awhile to add the additional projections around the park. She did say that the projections do occur for the holiday fireworks, and that she especially likes it for small world as the whole facade is made to look like a ginger bread house.

Had no idea that was going on, wondering if it was throughout the month or just for the last week of October?

That is way better than the water screen projection after Fantasmic. Yes, the crowd and madness over near the castle is awful - but personally I feel the show is best experience in front of the castle with all the effects, but the Small World location does seem better than the river view and a good alternative if the castle area is too crowded to find a good spot.

They project stuff on Small World during X-Mas too.

We could sit or stand there might have been 20 people the one night and 30 the next night but in front of the castle was too many people lol.
