Halloween event for adults?

My fiance and I are looking for older entertainment on halloween. Since pleasure island is closed (right?) we were wondering if anybody knew about any events at the bar/club on the boardwalk? I tried to search online for it and I couldn't find any information....

Does Downtown disney give out candy? We were thinking about taking our nephew there. We are not doing the halloween party due to our budget.
