Halloween decorations at DLP

When does DLP get decorated for Halloween? The website makes it seem like it is strictly just the month of October...

Halloween season is pretty much just October. You’ll notice a few decorations go up overnight each night over the last few days of September, slowly turning it more Halloween-y, but you won’t get the full effect until 1st October.

The Halloween decorations normally start about half September in Frontierland, by the end of September they will move slowly to add decorations to Main Street etc.
