Deanna, I got all her little accessories. I wanted to get her the matching outfit but she can't wear it for awhile (too cold) so I'll wait. How are the kids?
Craig and I booked a trip to Paradise Island, Bahamas March 8th - 13th. The kids are staying with my mother. I wish I was leaving tomorrow.

Kristin....after we hung up my friend Julie called and as of 7:00 last night they told her that her dad will go in the next 12-24 hrs. My heart is breaking for her. I'm waiting to hear. Olivia's birthday weekend may need to be rearranged.

I hear you....Hanna is flipping out and says she does not want to go....So I am hoping that it well..They are having a good promotion right now...Worse case I get just a picture of Hope...It is Sat. so I will let you know...I will be posting what I get done so we can have a good laugh.......

I did see the outifts....I did not really get any spring or summer outfits since I know that they will be getting so many outifts for their b-day then once I see what they get I will get them some more....Acutally I did get them one outift light green leggings and the matching shirt...so they can wear tis to their gymnastic party.....this way they are comfortable...I love the new colors they are soooo Hanna's favorite colors yellow and orange..I loved the dresses the Gap had tooo...I bought some stuff for myself at Ann Taylor again...

Oh keep me posted about your friend's dad...

Nothing like flying across the country, spending $1000 just so Kelly can compete for a total of about 10 minutes. You have to love competitve gymnastics.

Steven and I are off to Disney tomorrow to ride Expedition Everest, I have heard many good reviews so it should be fun. I will let you know how it is when we get back.

I'm leaving this afternoon for a weekend retreat, and Kylie is NOT happy about it! She warned me this morning, "Mommy, when you leave today, I WILL cry!" Poor baby! I still hate to leave the kids, but I know Rob will have fun with them. Drew is fine, but Kylie doesn't make it more than one night away from home (me). Sometimes she doesn't even make it thru the night if she's having a sleepover with Grandma. She starts to miss me, and wants me to come pick her up. I must say, I secretly love it.....I know those teenage years are just around the corner, and she may not want me anywhere NEAR her!

Safe travels....

.... to everyone on the road and/or in the air. Our weekend is a quiet one. Nothing fancy planned ... and that's just as well as I frankly could use the break. Our 2 year old went to her pediatrician this morning to evaluate her condition with an ear infection. She has been soo wounded this past week. It all reached a sort of "peak" yesterday and this afternoon. She's now on an antibiotic so we expect she should be feeling chipper and bubbly by tomorrow.

Even so... at the moment she is starting to look better then she's been all this week. Well... maybe not entirely so... but she is clearly getting better.

The older daughter has just finished a regiment of antibiotics to address a tooth root infection. Has anyone EVER heard of that before? It revealed itself in a sensitive tooth that had a little looseness and a lot of complaining from her. THe routine - so we're told - is to schedule for a root canal. Does this make any sense? I've never had a root canal before so I'm getting ready to do a google search to try and investigate it a little.

SO... aside from that... it's about 2 weeks before we sail to Mexico on the CCL Spirit. The cruise critic cruise meet thread has finally attracted some fellow cruisers. We have just about 5 or 6 folks hitting it with about 50 posts and 400 or so hits. That's really nothing compared to the sort of attention drawn to the DIS cruise meets. Oh well... that is better than nothing. Even so... we've loosely hooked up with about a dozen young kids spread among the half dozen thread participants.

OK... gotta go wander around a bit while I can... I'm gonna check out school info and root canal stuff.

Now that we got the abbreviations out of the way for now... what are your costumes gonna be? I'm all jazzed up about this halloween sailing .... it being a 1st time experience for us to be able to dress up in costumes on a cruise an' all. As such, my spouse thinks I've sprung a leak having run out an' bought matching costumes for my spouse and I... and we're packing pirate costumes too. AND... some folks would consider it a 3rd costume change that we're bringing Tux and semi-formal stuff too. Our older daughter asked us to dress up for the last sailing so I went out and bought a tux. I had already been considering adding a tux as it was something I didn't have yet. So... I guess I should not mention that I'm thinking of getting a 2nd tux for the cruise too. That would make for 4 odd ball changes!

Anyways.... c'mon back Wndermite and tap some posts up. Ya kno... you're only at your 4th posting and Kitter just broke the 1,000th post mark and you've got a lot of work ahead of ya to catch her! Er rather... to catch up to a FRACTION of a 1000 postings! LOL! (that's short fer "laughing out loud"... and my TTFN below is "Ta Ta fer now"... ala Tigger).
