Halloween Card Exchange Sign Up's CLOSED

This is usually a smaller list than the usual Christmas Card Exchange. We usually have around 20 to sign up. Here is the info I need:

Name
Address
Email Address
How many cards you wish to send(at least 5)

Also Children are more than welcome to join in. If there is enough I will do a seperate list for the kids as well.

Sign up's are from 10/7 through 10/15
Mail by date is 10/22

All you need to do is just send a card in envelope, nothing real fancy. This exchange usually is alot of fun.
