Can someone let me know the dates of this year's Halloween party. Also is there a seperate ticket required to attend?

There are no announced dates yet for Halloween Horror Nights, but you can get an idea by looking at the IOA calendar for October at the Universal Web Site.

Yes HHN is a separately ticketed event.
