Probably already know the answer, but is Halloween 2015 at the fort already completely booked ?? We just got back from this year ... tried checking reservations, and I can get everything up to 10/30, and anything from 11/1 on, but anything including 10/31 is unavailable. We've been going to the fort late October for years now, many times over Halloween. This seems to be the 1st time almost a year out and nothing for 10/31! :confused3 This year we were able to get a preferred site over 10/31 as late as February. I guess it's a good sign in the popularity of the fort.

Might be the 1st time we skip a year in good long while

We booked Oct 30- Nov 8, 2015 Premium site. We booked the week of Halloween this year. I figured if I waited until everyone got home they would re-book and I would loose out. Sorry and I hope you find something.

I booked in July for Halloween week. got everything except the 31st. got that in about 3 weeks of checking the reservation system. you will get it, just keep trying!

Wow brocktoon. Already filled? :crazy2:

This past year Halloween was on a Friday but with it on a Saturday in 2015, that allows more people (who might be able to do a weekend trip) to consider doing the trip. This year with the events on Friday a weekend trip would have been hard to get in, get set up, and get involved in the festivities all on Friday.

Just keep trying. :confused3

Booked our ressies back in June for oct. 29-nov 2, 2015.
They go fast!

Earlier this week, I was heavily influenced by all the Halloween festivities (and the bad weather here Halloween night) and found availability for a Partial site that included Halloween but I can't remember the exact dates cause I didn't book. Like everyone said, just keep trying. I'm sure you'll find there are many other people like me who can't make up their minds.

Say it isn't so! :scared1:

You can't miss F&W! Besides I am planning on being there from October 22nd through at least the 27th, or somewhere around those dates. Would love to see you and your parents again.

Personally it really irks me that Disney doesn't put some much needed funds into the fort and expand the available offerings for sites. If they did it wouldn't be so dang hard to get a res for holidays and more people could experience the joy of holidays at the fort like we do.

Disney has had the effect of our family planning 3 years in advance, then booking as it opens. It helps with airfare, to know where we're going before flights are released.

After seeing how fast Halloween booked, I checked and noticed that even the Premium sites looked book for the entire week leading up to the 31st. Since we like the 100 / 200 loops, we decided over the weekend to go ahead a book while we still could get a preferred spot. So overall we're happy getting pretty much the same reservation we had this year ... we can always tweak the reservation if things change, but for now we're booked for 10/20 - 10/30 preferred!

A year is still a while off, but there's a good chance you'll see us down there. We went ahead and booked for 10/20 - 10/30. Just couldn't imagine going into Halloween season and not being down for Food & Wine and a week+ of relaxation. If my plans are similar to this year, I'll probably fly down on the 21st or 22nd, while my parents drive down earlier in the RV.

Yep, the planning seems to get earlier every year. We've been toying with the idea of a Disney Cruise maybe for Oct/Nov 2016. To pair that with a Fort stay, it looks like possibly planning that well in advance.

I was once told that sites open up 15 days before arrival due to travel agents blocking off sites, I guess if they don't get them booked the have to cancel 14 days in advance. I don't know how true this is but it is what I had been told.
