Hallloween Horror Nights Attraction

We are planing on being down there for both HHN and MNSSHP,Oct the 7th to the 17th but we will be at the HR the 9th to the 12 Is this to early for HHN? I hope not we already booked part of our stay and I am putting the deposit down of the HR this friday. My DS Is so excited he loves horror movies.
Hey we'll be down the same dates as you!!! My DH and I are just big kids ourselves and love going to MNSSHP. We also never miss HHN (have been going every year for our anniversary since 2003).

One word of caution though - even though your dates are still early in the month, Fri/Sat nights are considered peak nights and the crowds are much larger than on non-peak nights (Thurs or Sun). If you are planning on going on the Fri and/or Saturday night, definitely look into getting an express pass.

Historically Friday and Saturday nights (peak nights) at HHN can be extremely busy and without an express pass you'll find you can maybe get through 2 or 3 houses at the most. We've found that in more recent years, it's not uncommon that wait times are over 120 minutes by 9:00 pm and even the express lines can have a 20-30 minute wait for some houses on non-peak nights.

Really...I don't doubt that fact but I hardly think the Universal creative team responsible for HHN is going to spend a lot of planning next year's HHN event around a film that has not been released yet. :rolleyes1

Best chance of Drag Me To Hell being at this year's HHN is by being spoofed in the Bill and Ted show! ;)

the info was released at noon today for hhn.

i made a new thread with the link to the site.

sorry but i got carried away and forgot to mention it until now..

Website was updated today with actual dates and general admission and Frequent Free prices!

:lmao: sure don't tell us anything about the event, but you can buy your tickets!!
I think they did the same last year as well :lmao:

When you go through to Buy Tickets at the moment I don't actually be able to seem to find any HHN tickets, so perhaps they're not actually on sale just yet

Yup the prices are up, but there's nothing physically in the store yet to buy from what I can see, just standard tickets etc.

Must be soon though....
Yeah...those are the standard rates for tickets. I'm waiting for the AP rates and I'm hoping the Express passes aren't $69.99 this year!

:scared1: Was that just on premium nights or every night?!! We're buying for 6-8 people this year in our bridal party as wedding gifts, so I'm REALLY hoping they're not that much too!

I notice the tickets are actually in the store now so can be bought. However, to do S&S online it says you have to be buying a day pass at the same time. So do I need to ring up instead to add to the day ticket we already have? Do I need the reference number from our ticket booking so they can link it, or can I do it without this, given that if I turned up on the day without my day pass I wouldn't be able to get in to do S&S anyway?

before i had the ap, i would buy the weekly pass specials early in the year.
when the hhn tix came out, i would call and get the "add on" hhn tix.
(i bought my pass in january.
i bought my hhn tix in late july that year.)

call and give the tm on the phone your confirmation number of the order you had for the passes. they can then confirm you have the day tickets and then entitled to buy the discounted "add on" tickets.
if you already have your day tickets to the park, anyone can buy the discounted S & S tickets.

if you have the SS bowl pass, give the number on that to get discounted hhn tix.
there are no discounts on the epp's.

don't call guest services for this purchase.
call the un store that is selling the tickets on line.
a number will be available for you to call.

stay & scream/add on: same thing

i don't know if this would work, but have you checked out group sales for your purchases?
i do not know how many tickets need to be purchased in order to use group sales, but it is worth a phone call to find out.

I'll certainly ring and check, thanks for the idea. :thumbsup2

Some of our group don't have ressie numbers are actualt day passes yet, as they've been purchased through a travel agent, so they won't receive anything at all until holiday tickets come in at 2 weeks out or so I would imagine. So will I be unable to buy their S&S now?
