Half sour pickles

We eat half sours when we go to Ted's Montana Grill for bison burgers. I don't recall cinnamon in them. Here is a recipe I found on the net. Sounds similar to what I am used to eating.

We have a neighbor who has planted a ton of cucumbers this year and I will have to try this recipe and see how they taste!

Yum! Ted's Montana Grill has the BEST half sours. Every time I go, I come back wanting to make some and than I forget within a few days. Maybe I'll try to make some this weekend.
 
I just wanted to post a little update about the recipe for the Claussen copycat pickles that I posted. I've found that adding a little bit of red pepper flakes gives it a little kick, and the most important thing is adding 1/4 tsp. of Ball's pickle crisp granules to each quart makes all the difference in the world!
