We will only be there for two days next week. I know that Thursdays are usually less busy then weekends. We won't be able to get to Disney until 1:00 pm.

We are going for sure on Friday and I am trying to decide if it would be better to spend a half day on a Thursday or a full day Saturday. My concern is crowds.

Thanks.

Well, crowd level would definitely be lower Thursday, however the park closes at 7:00. That leaves you only 6 hours and no fireworks or Fantasmic. So while I love to start my weekend trips to DLR on Thursday, I'll have to go with Saturday if you want a chance at seeing most attractions plus night time entertainment.

Any reason not to do two and 1/2 days? You could get a lot done on Thursday with low crowds.....

Thanks I was starting to lean toward Saturday too.

I promised my husband that we could go to the beach. Why on earth he would rather go to the beach then Disneyland is beyond me. I would rather be waiting in line for splash mountain then covered in sand getting a burn.

Just brain storming here.....:

Thurs - all day DL
Fri - all day DL
Sat - EE & morning DL.
Crowded Afternoon - Beach.
Evening - DL

Hound - :)

Or maybe I could send my husband to the beach and have Disneyland all to myself.

I was just talking about the trip to my husband and he wants to go all three days too. That way we don't feel rushed. :cheer2:

I absolutely agree with ducking out on Saturday afternoon for the beach. If you get in some hours in the a.m. and then go back for all the evening activities you will get the best of both worlds.

We are meeting friends next year for a DL trip and they have a "must-do" for the beach as well. I'm scheduling that for Sunday afternoon (the busiest time of the busiest days that we're scheduled to be there)...seems like the best way to get the beach trip in AND miss the busiest segment of our time at the parks.

We decided to do the Halloween Part on Thursday and Disneyland on Friday and Saturday. I also bought ridemax and I have been having fun with the different choices.
