Sorry everyone! I am not sure what happened with my new thread?!

I just wanted time share how excited I am for our first ever trip to DW!! We were originally going to book the family suite at the All Star Music Resort but thanks to all of the great Dis posters on these forums, we came across FW and camping! I had no idea that companies delivered trailers for tourists! What a marvelous idea! We really wanted a kitchen at first but knew that the deluxe resorts were WAY out of our price range! Renting a trailer fit the bill perfectly! We are outdoors people anyhow and love to camp at home. What could be better than Disney and the outdoors!!

You will love camping at the Fort. We rented a trailer last year and had a great week, this is the only way we will do Disney in the future.

Again! It posted before I was finished! Yikes, the app isn't working for me today!!
After many reviews and many hours of internet research, we decided to go with Greenberg RV. Within 20 minutes of me emailing my request, Matt emailed me back with a quote and some suggestions on what else we might need! Off to a great start! Trailer is booked now FW!
I tried booking online but the calendar only goes till December. Perhaps if I call them directly they will be able to book our dates? Anyone have experience with this?? We are wanting a premium site and would like to book so that we aren't out of luck on it :)

Thanks! Honestly, I had NO idea that companies did this and once we read more into it, it just really fit. Much better than a crowded hotel! Did you guys go offsite to get groceries? If so, mind my asking where and how you got there? We are thinking of calling a taxi and going to the nearest Walmart. Reason being, they have the brands I am used to. Not too interested in experiencing with new groceries on holidays! Would rather do that at the parks :hyper:

We rented from Matt and he is great to work with. Just call him direct to pick the dates you want. As far as groceries go we ordered from Garden Grocer, they have a very easy web site to navigate its just like walking the grocery store. It may cost a bit more but by time you pay a cab and the sitting time while you are shopping it gets expensive. We scheduled delivery for the morning after we arrived and they showed up right on time at 8:30 am and we were off to the MK.

Until next years rates are released this summer, you will have to call to make a reservation in 2015. We do it every year, made our reservations by phone the first week of March of Jan4-17 2015

1) SSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!
2) If you let the secret out, everyone will want such fun at WDW!
3) The Fort is my favorite resort at WDW. *
4) People, activities, outdoors, laid-back-atmosphere.
5) What else could someone want?

* OK, I am biased, as I also work there several times per month. But, even
if not, it would still be my favorite. Yes, the outdoors are nice, but the
guests and employees are super. At other resorts, people pass and say
a quick "Hi." if anything at all. But, campers special and are always ready
to engage others. Also, the kids can always find other kids to play with
during the stay. When does this happen at the other resorts ?

Yes, we campers are a great bunch! ;)
I didn't even think about the kids making friends like they do when we camp at home! They will totally love that, and from all over the world!

Where are people's favourite spots or loops? We do have a golf cart reserved and would rather not be in the pet friendly section. We are animal lovers, just not whilst camping :)
