Hi All!

Just got back from vacationing in WY and CO. It was wonderful. I LOVE summer time with the kids and family!

Sorry that I have been inactive, but we were in the mountains with no internet, cell phones, phone or TV. SWEET! A little remote but great to be disconnected for awhile. We all needed it.

We had a bear at the cabin yesterday morning. Scared my mom, but she's got a great story to tell now!

I didn't get any "formal" excersize but walked everywhere!

I hope to catch up this month and be a better and more active team mate. Just a little over a month to the DL half and feeling WAY behind.

Take care all,
Jill

Good Sunday morning y'all.

Margie, thinking about you and your family and the trials your going through, you are good people and things do work for good people. I sure hope that is soon before you run screaming.

Everyone :grouphug:

Hi TEAM! :wave2:

Huge Thanks :hippie:
DD has been admitted to the hospital again today-4th time since June 2nd
The medication she Must Have makes her violently sick-so she is not able to keep it in her system. Then the vomiting does lots of damage pulling, tearing, reopening, the wound area. She wears a Wound Vac

Connie family trip to Arkansas- :goodvibes

Jennifer - pixiedust:

Kim- can we have an address so we can have a Card Party to cheer your DS friend in the hospital? :flower3:

Vicky- Wow Way to Go Girl! Awesome Weight Loss :cheer2:

Yes Good thoughts to those that need them....

Just in from an 8 mile plus bike ride, stage two of our Tri here at home, now to swin in the shower or whirlpool tub, LOL

Good Evening Team!

I see that Scott has kept everyone up to date on our activities of the day.

pixiedust: and :grouphug: to all who need them - Kim's son's friend, Marge's daughter, Jennifer and any one else in need!

Have a great day all!

Margie:hug: I know that isn't much but it's from the heart.

I car shopped while I walked this morning and then went to work, after I got off I mowed the back and half the front yard and as Scott would say, "Leaked a lot". :hug:We have had so much rain that the grass is thick and high every week.

The choc Lab and I just shared a veggie pizza so fat and sassy now. Burp!

Have a restful evening y'all.

Good Morning Team!

I headed out for my early morning dog walk when I noticed lightning - so we only did a short loop. Now the clouds have cleared off, so I will get in a bike ride after breakfast. Heavy rain is in the forecast for this afternoon, and for the rest of the week. We will be having that cool weather you Canadians have been talking about!

Have a great day all!

First of all,:hug: to Jennifer, Marge and anyone else that needs them.

Got up early this morning for a short "wog." Came home to find DH still in bed! That lazy pup! Felt good to get out and go, but the hamstrings are really tight. Went to my chiropractor this morning and he stretched them but good! Tomorrow will be a rest day, but may try to do some balance work with the Wii.

Watch out for those storms Lynn. DD lives in Denver and she has had some wild weather this summer too!

Hi everyone,

I did 9 miles in 80 minutes (8:50 pace). I was meetings all day, so I'm really worn out.

Best,
Jennifer

Jenn~ good healing! I can't understand sitting in meetings all day makes me worn out too. When not not doing anything but writing or doodling is worse than walking riding of running. I just get crisp on days like that.

Meeting Yech!!!!!

AT work, thinking about how I should be doing more training in the heat of the day.

Road trip tomorrow so will be on the road very early, maybe get some new ink whilst on this trip. Doing presentations.

Morning team! Well, I did it - I woke up early this morning and got out for my run at 7AM. It was hard getting up but I felt good once I got going. I ran 3 miles at an easy pace (10:50 m/m). There were lots of other runners up and about so it was nice not to be "alone" :) I also heard the weather report that it's going to be hot and humid today so I definitely feel good about getting my run out of the way.

My back is still a little "ticklish" from doing deadlifts yesterday but I didn't notice it while running, just sitting at work this morning - figures!

Kim - Aww! You made my day :) I'm still about 10 pounds heavier than when I first met DF. My goal is to fit go down a size and fit into a Lululemon running skirt. Though I probably gained it all back this weekend eating birthday cake and other treats!

Jennifer - I have a hard time sitting still in meetings. My mind wanders but even worse I usually feel like I get stiff.

Scott - Safe travels on your road trip tomorrow!

Margie - How's your DD doing today?

Everyone else - :wave2:

Have a great day everyone!

Good Morning Team!

pixiedust: and :grouphug: for Margie and anyone else who is in need this morning!

Mary - our weather was really crazy in June, but this month has been nice.

Yesterday morning turned nice, got out for 6 mile bike ride, but was raining by the time Scott got home, so we did not get out for our planned evening bike ride. It was cloudy but no lightning this morning, so the dogs and I did get our 3 mile walk in today. It is raining and windy now, so bike ride is on hold - will see if it clears up a bit.

Have a great day all!

Working hard to clear my calendar for tomorrow, switching meetings and assigning people to take care of stuff, still get my miles in though. Invited to play golf at Lake of Isles :woohoo:

Vicky my dd loves lululemon.....she has some of the jackets but I might have to go and check out the running skirts. Might be a nice reward for hitting my goal weight as well. DO they have WISH green????

Congrats everyone on workouts.....you can tell we are starting to get close to official training:thumbsup2

Hi all,

It's horribly muggy and rainy here in Mississippi.

I did manage 4.25 miles in 36 minutes (just under 8:30 pace)

hot and muggy here also, I was sweating even before I started my workout tonight;)
