Lynn that surprises me about your dogs being agressive to other dogs, I assumed that mals had similar dispositions to Labs and goldens.
Yes a wine tasting isn't the best for weight loss but hey I don't dwell on the damage of every naughty thing I consume. I just train harder.
I'm really needing the rest that Gatlinburg will provide. I have been training hard and the 800m repeats are killers. Much more draining that doing 400m or 600m interval training.
