Does anyone know how much it would cost to hire these at the SL? I don't particularly want to pay out extra money, but we've just packed and really don't have space to take ours like we would usually do. Yet another dilema :lmao:

we had a hairdrier in our room at SL - it wasnt brilliant but was OK

Sorry dont know about kettles as we always take our own

Oh great thanks. I wasn't expecting them to have dryers so that's a nice surprise.

i'm sure that we just asked at the concierge desk and the kettle was then delivered to the room within 30 mins.Positive we didn't pay a deposit, certainly not a charge as dh would rather be thirsty than pay more money for a kettle!!! Hoping it's the same at the new york!!??

:lmao: men eh? Oh that's good to know then, thanks :thumbsup2 That's that dilema solved, just need to get the food thing sorted now :rotfl:

My oh was laughing at me for starting our packing today, but I know I'll forget so much stuff, so I've done the clothes and then as I remember things between now and Sunday I can pack them. I wouldn't bother so much if it was just me and the oh, or even the 2 older kids, but need to make sure I've got everything for the youngest (15 months).

Hi we've just come back yesterday from staying in a Montana room in Sequoia Lodge for the Christmas period... we had a hairdryer in the room - one of those ones that are fixed to the wall and somewhat like a hand dryer with a hose on it - not wholely effective but does the trick :rotfl:

We asked for a kettle for our room from concierge, a deposit wasn't asked for and it was delivered to our room within a few hours - there wasn't an extra charge on our bill.

Fantastic, thanks a lot for confirming that for me. I might actually be able to get my suitcase closed now :rotfl:

We are living the same lives. I pack for us all too - and I get the blame if I forget something.:lmao: How old are your kids? Mine are 9, nearly 5 and 15 months!
