My mil and my dd7 got haircuts at the Harmony barber shop while at Disney. The haircuts are cheap - not expensive at all and the best part is that they "paint" and glitter up the hair when done! My dd7 had more compliments on that and so many were surprised to find out the cost! You can go in and get just the glitter and paint, too!
