Haircut Help :D

I am in serious need of a haircut. I don't know what to get it cut like though. My hair currently looks like this:

So what should I do with it? Any and all help is appreciated

I think a blunt cut would look cute. Like, where the shortest layer on the left side is, snip it right there and make it a blunt cut.
If you count haircolour in a cut, I think going darker would be better too. But that's JMO.

And if you do decide on coloring it, I agree with Sonya, something darker would look really pretty on you. Like a medium brown or this burgundy, I love that color!
