My hair is naturally very very very curly and frizzzzzzzy but I had it straightened chemically at the salon and now it's straight and never frizzy. I love it !!!!!! It's a light brown with some subtle blonde highlights.

Had mine chemically straightened twice in the past 18 months. It is my natural color though, which is auburn with natural highlights.
for those of you that straighten your hair with a iron....the best advice I can give is to use a heat protector/straigtening spray. Trust me I've been where you are and have used every product known to man in regards to frizzy hair. Also if you use a cheap iron, be prepared for "iron looking hair"... i have a CHI, which I use in between chemical times, yes its an expensive iron, but lemme just tell ya you can tell the difference!!
Before I had my hair straightened- here was the drill
Shampoo/condition
Redkin Anti-Snap cream
Blow out with round brush
ANY thermal spray- I prefer one thats in an orange bottle, I cant remember the name and i'm too lazy to get up to read it
Clip hair up into 8-10 different section, and spray and straighten each section seperatly
after that, use a straightening spray - okay I"ll get up hang on....
Okay its BEYOND THE ZONE TURN UP THE HEAT flat iron protection
The straigtening spray is- UMBERTO GIANNINI Sleek and chic straightening shine spray.
Then....run a comb through your hair. TADA!
The ION products- are sold at sally beauty supply, they are basically a knock off of someon else, and are in white bottles with pink letters (see, told you I had em all LOL)
