Hair wraps at POFQ

Can you get a hair wrap at POFQ? If so is it by the pool? Does anyone know how late they are open til? Thanks!!

They were doing hair wraps right outside the gift shop at POFQ this past July. I'm not sure what time they close but they were never there when we got back from the parks at night.

When we were there the 7/4 - 7/11 the stand was outside the gift shop and they were open from 10-5. Not very convenient if you spend all day at the parks.
