Hair stylists' tip?

Usually tip 20%. I found a new person down here and had my hair professionally colored for the first time(always did my own) and she was so awesome, she got a bit more. I am so hoping she doesn't expect that every time.

Hmmm, I should bring them cookies-love that idea! The whole shop was yakking with us. I was the first appt, and I brought my son, who was sick. I loved the atmosphere.

My DD is my stylist and when I go to the shop, my "beauty treatments" are free so I usually give my baby $20....I'm her best tipper!!!

I go to a cheapie place that gives great haircuts! We all just get cuts which are $12 and leave a $3 tip. Its a group of young girls that all went in together a couple of years ago. They all own it, but they never turn down tips!
