Hair/Make-up scheduling question....

Hey guys, me again

I was just wondering how far in advance everyone scheduled their hair/make-up appointments? Should I wait until after I get my planning kit or should I try to contact people now?

Our ceremony is scheduled for November 6th and the MK portrait session for the morning of the 8th.

Oh, a second question. Were any of the make-up/hair people willing to come that early in the morning? Our session is for 5 a.m. and I am terrible when it comes to doing my own hair/make-up, especially that early in the morning LOL!

I don't think it's too early to schedule hair and makeup. Are you talking about November of this year? If so, not too early. I have read that they will come really early for your MK portrait session, but I'm sure someone who has actually done it can answer that better than I can.

You need to call right away... when I called Lisa back in April for our December wedding she was already filling up. As a matter of fact, she has another wedding after ours to go work on... but she was able to come to ours. Whew... I didn't know what I was going to do if I coulnd't have her do my hair and make-up... Anyway, I know many will come out to do hair and make-up that early, especially if they worked for Disney cosmetology they know how it all works. Good luck!!!

I booked my hair and makeup as soon as I got my date(end of June). I just recently booked her for my trial in Jan.

I haven't booked mine yet either and mine is in December.

Going to try and sort it out this weekend.
