Hair Dryers @ BCV - HD and Beach Towels @ VB?

We are headed to BCV and VB in a few weeks. Should we bring a hair dryer or do they both have hair dryers? (I forget) And I am sure that VB has pool towels...but should we bring our own beach towels? We are bringing our neat sheet, but what about beach towels?

We are just back from Vero. They have towels for you to use at the beach. They have the same towels at the beach entrance that they have at the pool. The smaller white ones. Having actual beach towels would be nice, we never want to carry them down and make due with what is available.

We stayed in an Inn room and had a hair dryer. I'm almost positive that BCV's had hair dryers as well.

Well this trip was just a 2 nighter with only DH, NO KIDS! We didn't miss the beach towels at all. We are thinking of going in Feb with the girls for 5 nights, maybe we will take 2 and share them. We will also rent 2 chairs and an umbrella since DH burns really quickly.

Just a note on the hairdryers -

If you have long or thick hair, you might want to bring your own. The hairdryers that DVC provides aren't all that powerful. I find it takes a lot longer to dry my (chin length) hair using their dryers compared to my own at home. I still use thiers, though, because I like to travel light! Doesn't stop me from wishing DVC had better haridryers, though, LOL!

I know they have the blow dryers at BCV, but was wondering about the hair dryers at VB. This will be our first trip to VB. I also agree about the strength of the blow dryers. I always bring mine, but use theirs most of the time. I'm considering leaving mine home this time to cut down on packing.

There are hairdryers at VB. We've stayed in 2 bedrooms and in an Inn room. Both had hairdryers. My comments above apply to hairdryers at VB, too.

We went to HH last year, VB this year in July, sounds like same towel scenario. We didn't bring beach towels, rented chairs and umbrellas, brought a neat sheet. We fly so the beach towels really take up an entire suitcase so we just use the smaller ones....2 family members with long hair so we took extra towels. Have fun
