Hair cut and Parade?

I just made first hair cut appointments @ 1:30 for my 2 GD's who will be 13 months for our trip. We have to be there at 1:15. The new parade time is 2:00.
I figure we will be in a great position to watch the parade, however, doesn't the parade start in Frontierland and end in Main Street?

Will we have a long wait if we stay in the area for the parade?

I believe you are right, it will end in front of the Harmony barbershop. we've had tons of haircuts that always seem to be impacted by the afternoon parade - you can't get to the barbershop if you time it wrong and are in the wrong place. But on the bright side of it we did get to see the parades up close while we either waited or after the haircuts. I do think you might have to wait a bit with that time frame unless your GDs haircuts go long, usually a first haircut doesn't take long (unless the kids don't cooperate!) and they are usually running pretty much on time. But it shouldn't bee too long if you do want to wait for the parade. There is an entrance to the emporium right there, you could wait a little while in there in the AC and pop out with enough time to get in position before the parade comes.
