Hair braids/beading

Is there anywhere to do this at WDW?
My DD would love to have it done.
I thought I saw that you can get it done at Boardwalk or one of the resorts?
Cost?

Hi! I remember a lady doing it at the Wilderness Lodge Hotel by the pool when we visited in Feb. Cant remember the cost but I think it is calculated by the number of inches braided.

Hair braiding In cornrows is done at perwig salon at beach club. It was 50.00 for crown aerea on head and i think 100.00 for full head.

Hair wraps? DD had it done across from the Muppets. It cost $20 for medium length hair and I think she had five regular beads.

It was being done by the pool at CBR. We were there a few weeks ago.

The hair wraps are done everywhere and the braids or cornrows are only done at the salons and by appointment only.

The hair wraps are the colorful strings wrapped around a strand of hair and then finished off with beads. These can be done at all the resorts by the pool, on the boardwalk, at MK by the POTC and at AK by the Pizzafari. In February it was $1.50 an inch with extra for the beads chosen.

The cornrow braids are the small braids around the head either 1/2 way or all the way to the end. These can run $3-5 per braid for 1/2 head and more for whole. You will need an appointment at one of the salons, CR, Grand, BC and the Dolphin all have salons.

If my dd's want the cornrows we use a local salon and have them done prior to vacation. I don't waste vacation time and the price is usually much more reasonable.

Thanks so much for the responses. I will talk to DD about it, and tell her she will need to 'chip in' if she wants it done!!
Any ideas how long it would take to do a full head of thick, wavy/curly hair that is just past shoulder length?

When we were there in 2003 we had my daughters hair done in a little spot just to the left of the bridge in front of Splash Mountain. There are some restrooms there along with a couple of little shops. Good luck!
