Hair Braiding/Wrapping

Does anyone know if this is available in WDW, and if so, where?

If you are talking about the color strings yeah ther eis a place. I always switch resorts during my stay..so I am not sure, but I think there was a place at Carribean Beach. I am not sure at the parks themselves, but I am pretty sure I saw it there.

we've seen the braids available every trip we've made to WDW. Seems like they're usually near the pool areas.

There is a hair wrapping station on the boardwalk. It usually is only open in the evenings.

There is also a hair wrapping station at Blizzard Beach.

Is there one at the pool at Beach/Yacht Club?

We have seen one near the beach at BC/YC before. It is not in the fenced pool area. It is close to the snack bar on the YC side.

You can get a wrap at various places including MK by the PoTC and AK as well as most of the resorts. My two dd's got the best ones so far at the Boardwalk - lasted over 2 months and looked great.

If you want the hair braids or cornrows then you have to go to one of the resorts with a salon. I know that CR, BC/YC and Dolphin offer them but by appointment only.

If my girls decide they want the cornrows we have it done here at home before we leave. It takes about 30 minutes for 1/2 head and up to 1 or 1 1/2 hours for the entire head depending on the length of the hair. Prices range from a set price to a per braid or per inch rate. We pay 1/2 as much here at home for the girls and don't have to spend vacation time in the salon.
